Warranties and Defective Products
If a product purchased from Reynolds proves to be defective in normal use within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the item.
If you purchased a Reynolds-branded product(s), a limited warranty is provided. We warrant the Reynolds-branded product to you against defects in workmanship under ordinary and normal use for one year from the date of your original purchase. If the merchandise proves defective during this one year limited warranty period, and you follow the return instructions provided by our customer service, then at our option, we will either provide you with a new product that is the same or similar to the product that you purchased, repair the product using new and/or refurbished parts, or refund the purchase price of the product to you.
There is no assurance, representation or warranty that any replacement product will be identical to the product returned to us. In all cases, product comparability will be determined by us at our sole discretion.
The limited warranty on Reynolds-branded products does not cover natural variations in wood grain or wood quality such as slight color streaks, burls, pin knots, discoloration, and other inconspicuous small defects. This limited warranty also does not apply to the matching of colors or grains of natural materials or to changes in surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light or water.
This limited warranty only applies to Reynolds-branded products shipped within the United States. This limited warranty applies only to such products that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, extreme environmental conditions, improper storage, unauthorized or unsupervised use, alterations or repair, or adaption to uses other than to which the product was intended. This limited warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient of this product.
This limited warranty applies to any replacement product or to any repair for the remainder of the original warranty period or for 90 days from its shipment, whichever period is longer. Failure to ship the defective product back to us may result in your being charged the full price for the replacement product.
All products returned to us, for which we give you a refund or replacement, will become our property upon our receipt.
To the extent permitted by law, the limited warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties and remedies. If we cannot lawfully disclaim statutory or implied warranties, then to the extent permitted by law, all such warranties will be limited in duration to the duration of this express limited warranty and to refund, repair or replacement service as determined by us at our sole discretion.
For non Reynolds-branded products, some products are covered by extended manufacturer’s warranties. Please contact either the manufacturer or our customer service for more information about these warranties.
