Missing or Wrong Items
If you are missing an item from your order, check the packing slip to see if all the products were grouped together in the same shipment.
Sometimes your order will be split into multiple shipments depending on the availability of the products and whether the products are coming from multiple locations.
If a product is backordered, that item will be highlighted and the backorder noted on the packing slip.
If a product is shipping direct from another manufacturer, that item will also be highlighted and noted on the packing slip.
If a product is missing, immediately call our customer service at 1-800-588-4031, and we will put a trace on the product with the shipping carrier.
If a wrong item has inadvertently been shipped to you, immediately call our customer service. You will be given instructions on how to return the incorrect item, and you will have the option of either having a replacement item shipped to you or a refund.
