Reynolds guarantees your complete satisfaction with every product you purchase from us. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item or find it necessary to return an item, contact us within 30 days to arrange for the return of any unused product. We will gladly provide you with a full credit, refund or exchange.
However, do not return an item without proper authorization. Please call our toll-free number 1-800-588-4031 weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m CST to receive a return merchandise authorization. Please indicate the reason for the return and whether you’d like a credit, refund, or exchange. For FedEx Ground shipments, we will issue a call tag. For FedEx Freight shipments, we will make the necessary arrangements.
If you request a credit to your account or your credit card, we will send you a credit confirmation and the credit will be applied to either your Reynolds account balance or your credit card statement. With credit cards, please allow one or two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your billing statement. If you request a refund, the refund will be sent when our warehouse receives your return. If you request an exchange, your replacement will be promptly shipped upon our warehouse receiving your return.
If the item has not been used and is returned in its original package, there will not be a restocking fee. We simply ask that you pay any return freight charges. Used merchandise will incur both a freight charge and a restocking fee of 20 percent.
